I execute these 2 command in order to avoid the message and message 
queue screens :

CHGMSGQ MSGQ(QUSRSYS/<UTENTE>) DLVRY(*HOLD)
CHGUSRPRF USRPRF(<UTENTE>) DLVRY(*HOLD)
