Roberto, Perhaps Sourceforge can help you contact Kenneth. I don't think that anyone else has Admin access to the project but perhaps there is a method for transferring administrative control on a project that has been "abandoned" by a project admin. And, don't get me wrong, I don't think that Kenneth has truly "abandoned" the project but I have to believe that he would want the project to progress, as we all do. And he hasn't checked in for quite some time. As a last resort, Davide's suggestion to fork the project would be a possibility although the tn5250j "name" and project site has enough traction that changing to a new project name and site might have *some* downside risk that people wouldn't identify this new effort with the old and think that tn5250j is "dead".
