[Bug 58] SableVM public subversion access is broken

Public access to SVN showed this error:

$ svn ls svn://svn.sablevm.org/
svn: Berkeley DB error while opening environment for filesystem
/var/lib/subversion-public/repository/db:
DB_RUNRECOVERY: Fatal error, run database recovery

I tired to first trigger database resync by doing a checkin,
the database was indeed updated, but the error was still there.
After that I also updated subversion on public server but it didn't help.

[ 5 mins later ]

I triggered resyncing again and it seems to work now.  I think that
old version of subversion might have been both: unable to read database
of newer version and damaging this database.
