[Bug 2] Please put .class files into a jar

I only wanted to add that the difference shown for HelloWorld is similar for
a simple program that _does_ load some resources from boot class path.

I tested it by writing a simple HelloResource.java which does one String.split() 
operation. (regular expressions need some resources when they're used for the
first time).

OTOH I noticed that the slowdown in newer version is sometimes bigger (up to
200ms on my machine) if the program you're trying to run is NOT in a .jar or
.zip file.
