Just an unrelated comment.

I was wrong, I thought you ran SableVM with debugging features enabled and
that's how you got the "impossible control flow" messages, which is wrong
assumption, as you can always get these.  What you can't get in normal
version w/o debuggin features are assert() failures.  And we already disable
signals for exceptions when debugging features are enabled.
