Script we are talking about is scripts/check_jni_methods.sh.

That script checks if all classpath native methods defined have an implementation.  

It is not useful to SableVM developers unless some SableVM developers do CP dev
but then they will work on the CP CVS not the SableVM-CP.

Easiest solution would be to simply remove it from sablevm-classpath.
