[Bug 103] "forrest run" results in NullPointerException

When I found out how easy it is to compile and install sablevm, I downloaded  
sablevm-staging-3698 and sablevm-classpath-staging-3699 and compiled them.  
  
The output from forrest run is the same as for 1.1.10: 
 
Apache Forrest.  Run 'forrest -projecthelp' to list options 
 
Unable to locate tools.jar. Expected to find it in ?/lib/tools.jar
