I believe you're right in saying that it's a problem of older glibc (2.2.6)
on ARM.  Unfortunatelly we lack the resources to debug it closer.

You're welcome to provide a compatibility patch for that problem or ask
any questions you might have under way (on sablevm-devel mailing list).

If there's no new feedback on this bug within a month, it will be closed,
as it's not actually a SableVM bug.
