No posting to -bugs -commit -announce

Hello everyone,

I only wanted to clarify that the only mailing lists which are available
for discussion are -user and -devel. [*]

The -bugs and -commit are read-only mailing lists where no posting other
than coming from Bug Tracking System or Revision Control System is
allowed.

If you want to report or comment on a bug please use

	http://sablevm.org/bugs

Other useful addresses available are:

	http://sablevm.org/bugs/new - send NEW reports (not follow ups)
	http://sablevm.org/bugs/open - view all currently open bugs

I also added "(no posting allowed)" note to the descriptions of -bugs
and -commit mailing lists visible at http://sablevm.org/lists

a couple of (unsuccessful ;-) probes of posting to -bugs.
