Hi all,

It is time to start preparing for this month's release (it's already
late!). The tasks left to do:

1- Merge the latest vendor code into sablevm-classpath staging.
2- Solve a few obvious bugs (such as http://sablevm.org/bugs/101).
3- Put into staging any *tested* improvement lying around your sandbox
that you'd like sharing with the world.

Am I missing anything? Do not wait to start helping. You don't need to
for a permission to do it!

You can help merging classpath. Simply:

$ svn cp $SVN/sablevm-classpath/branches/staging \
     $SVN/developers/[username]/sandbox/sablevm-classpath
$ svn co $SVN/developers/[username]/sandbox/sablevm-classpath
$ cd sablevm-classpath
$ svn merge -r 3259:3447 $SVN/sablevm-classpath/vendor/current

Then work on resolving any conflict reported by "svn st" and make sure
everything still works. Then, once you are done and everything is
checked in your sandbox, you prepare a private tag:

$ svn cp $SVN/developers/[username]/sandbox/sablevm-classpath \
     $SVN/developers/[username]/tags/2005-02-19-merged-sablevm-classpath

Then you send a message about it. :-)

Your help is greatly appreciated!

Etienne
