Hi David,
Eclipse is badly broken by your new code. It dies with exceptions (see
the other discussion thread).
I have checked to make sure the "after" classpath code was able to run
Eclipse, and it worked on my powerpc machine. So, the breakage is due
to the new code.
Could you check your new code for some obvious bug?

PS: I merged Classpath 0.14 in staging. It didn't change anything for
better or worse...
