Minor release

Hi all,

Just a note to tell you that I made a minor 1.11.1 release solving a
rather annoying NullPointerException that I had introduced in my fix to
Method.invoke().  It caused problems to ant, so I thought it was a good
test case for our new numbering scheme. (We use a third version number
for minor bugfix releases).

We won't be making official announcements for such minor releases.  Yet,
releasing the code and pointing to it on our download page makes it
easier for our users to get fixed code.
