SableVM 1.11.2 minor release

Hi,

Due to another portion of bugfixes and small improvements we decided to
make a good use of the new numbering schema and release SableVM 1.11.2.

The changes since 1.11 (major release) include:
* Added support in _svmf_prepare_class_lockword() for the traditional
 object layout on non-ia32 platforms.  Fixes BUG:102.
* Fixed FromReflectedMethod bug.
* Fixed native part of VMStackWalker.
* Added --enable-magic option to put magic word in every instance
header.
* Added --enable-statistics option to prints statistics on VM exit.
* Included debugging info in class files.
* Added InliningException.java for inlinability testing.
* Fixed class loading problems.

Tarballs are in the usuall place.
