SableVM 1.11.3 minor release [Was: SableVM 1.11.2 minor release]

Hi David & all,

I've release the 1.11.3 version with your fix, and some other minor
fixes (AWT animation problems, classpath handling, etc.).  These minor
versions are quick to do, so, when there's a little fix that would
greatly help users, we can simply tag and release.
