How to make JWindow stay always on top?

To anyone and everyone,

I am developing a program in which i have a JWindow
that I would like to stay always on top of all other
windows.
In the sun JDK I would simly use 
setAlwaysOnTop(true);  
however i am using sable and when I try to complile it
tells me that such method does not exist...also I
cannot find any documentation on that method. Is there
some other way???anything at all...
Can anyone please help me out?
