Hi Miguel,

Our move towards using the Harmony class libraries should probably help,
here.  Harmony does work on Windows.  Yet, I do not know if it does on
Windows CE.  You should probably ask on the harmony-dev@ mailing-list:
 http://incubator.apache.org/harmony/mailing.html
