Sorry for not not replying for so long, but I have extremely busy time
these weeks.


I think I have some good news.  I prepared a standalone version of
libffi sources.  After some fixes to the build system they compile on my
machine without any troubles.  Please fetch the 'dist' tar archive from:

	http://gadek.homelinux.org/libffi/

and let me know if whether worked for you.  Mind you that depending on
the installation directory of libffi, you might still need to set the
environmental variables for compilation of sablevm, as described at

	http://sablevm.org/wiki/LibFFI
