Hi Mike,
we have done ports to Solaris and AIX.

Neither of these has been cleaned up enough for a general release,  
especially AIX where we had problems with AIX "as" assembler usage. I'm  
happy to share these with you of course.

I also worked last year for some time on mingw but other tasks forced  
that to the back of my queue and I haven't been able to get back to it.  
This was based in part on the Cygwin work done by Gerrit Haase.
