After the merge with GNU CP 0.16 it appears to be OK IIUC:

$ java-sablevm -cp ..:. ResourceTest
getResourceAsStream()==java.io.BufferedInputStream@2c6c4
getSystemResourceAsStream()==java.io.BufferedInputStream@420a4
