Re: Web page links

Hi Raoul,

Thanks for telling us about it.  What happened was that
"devel.sablevm.org" was deprecated long ago, but only removed recently.
 Unfortunately, there were still some URLs with "devel." in them.

I have fixed the links, except for those in news items (for which there
are no good fixes).
