Did you know that webmacro was on the Maven ibiblio repository?
It only has a few of the previous versions:
http://www.ibiblio.org/maven/webmacro/

I mentioned Maven a while ago but no one responded, I am a fan and 
would like WM 2.0 to be distributed to the ibiblio site. 
I suspect the procedure is to ask on the maven dev list, which I could do if 
all agree.
