I am off to the desert to complete the release. laptop is loaded and 
ready to crank out the release. there should be no real surprises 
technically relative to rc other than some javadoc clean-up and some 
docs updates.

keats: it looks like you checked in an update to the setprops directive.

Mike Weerdenberg: The #WhileDirective is going into the release as an 
experimental directive. It can be pulled if there are a lot of 
developer/community objections. Until there is a unit test (see offline 
email), it will remain undocumented, experimental in the release.
