what happened to com.werken.werkflow.service.caserepo package?

i tried werkflow:compile-examples goal and came back with "package 
com.werken.werkflow.service.caserepo does not exist" error.  i checked 
the cvs and sure enough, all the classes under 
com.werken.werkflow.service.caserepo is missing.  what happened to it?
