According to the website at werkflow.codehaus.org, "there has been no 
official build as of yet", and "nightly builds have been temporarily 
suspended", so that leaves CVS as your only option.  See the 
instructions for CVS access to Werkflow at:
	http://werkflow.codehaus.org/cvs.html

No registration is required.
