Hibernate plugin and 'entity-name'

Hi all,

Once I decided to XDoclet2 and Hibernate plugin to generate Hibernate
mapping files. Unfortunately I had some problems related to 'entity-name'
attribute. Since I use Hibernate 3 I decided to switch from 'class' to
'entity-name'. I mean, I refer entities by entity-name rather that
classname. I really love this idea, because of it's flexibility.

Hibernate plugin for XDocle2 doesn't support it very well. First of all
there are places where class attribute is mandatory, but in fact it is
optional for Hibernate and I can use entinty-name there. Furthermore it
doesn't render entity-name attribute for key-many-to-one and key-property
tags at all. It's a serious problem from my point of view.

I've made a number of fixes to your code. Do you think I should put them in
JIRA? If the problem is known and you are going to address it in other way,
please let me know.

Regards,
Tom
