Prepare for move to SVN

Hi all, 

Since nobody objected about moving repository for
plugins to subversion, I'm about to start this process
after lunch break ( about 12:00 MET, UTC+2 ).

I'm unable to predict how long it would take though. 
After process is complete, I will anounce this on the
list.

PS: I think we shall do the same also with GRA / XDT
