when using mergefiles with xdoclet2 mvn2 plugin, the content of file taglibs.jsp does not get included in the final web.xml, and   file containing servlet mappings must be named servlet-mapings.xml in order to be included in the final web.xml

i am running maven2 on Ubuntu Linux
