Just to be sure...
in web-settings.xml you would find these nodes :
<display-name>MY WEB APP DISPLAY NAME</display-name>
<description>A DESCRIPTION OF THE WEB APP</description>
<context-param>
<param-name>contextParamOne</param-name>
<param-value>valueOne</param-value>
</context-param>
<context-param>
<param-name>contextParamTwo</param-name>
<param-value>valueTwo</param-value>
</context-param>
which would be merged as direct children of the <webapp> node of the
generated web.xml
Is there somewhere these nodes already get generated from?
If not I will create a JIRA issue with the patch.
