1.0.4 is released

Hi all, 

Finally I performed release of 1.0.4 plugin branch. 
This issue was overdue, and now it is finally done
and binary distribution is upload on sourceforge.
( deployed on codehaus repo last week ) 

New version under development is 1.0.5-SNAPSHOT,
and it will be moved from legacy repository on
codehaus 
to official one  ( m2 layout )
