    Fix Version: 1.3

The current CVS snapshot supports this.  Add these tags to use it:

@hibernate.many-to-many element-id = "my-many-to-many"
@hibernate.column parent-element = "my-many-to-many"

...and of course add other attributes to the many-to-many and column elements that you need.
