Wsee not generating complextypes in wsdl

I have a method exposed in my service and the method has a complex object is an java bean consisting of primatives and a vector. WSEE Doclet generates the method in the wsdl but not the complex type. 

Is there a tag beyond the ejb.interface-method needed or perhaps complextypes are not supported by WSEE Doclet? I could not find a hint on this issue on the web.
