Splitting Hibernate module from the main release

This is something that's been in the back of my mind for awhile...I'm 
curious what others think.  I think it's time to split the Hibernate 
module out of the main xdoclet release and allow it to evolve separately 
on its own release schedule.

I think there's a lot of confusion out there w.r.t. xdoclet1 and 
xdoclet2, and the Hibernate module of XD2 seems to be the most mature. 
Splitting off the Hibernate module from the XD1 release helps reduce the 
confusion by allowing us to have a single focus point for this module 
that allows easier and clearer transition for users from the XD1 based 
module to the XD2 based module.  Also, since the Hibernate module is 
undergoing a fair amount of change w.r.t. other modules, having it on a 
separate release schedule makes some sense.
