After building XDoclet in the file xdoclet-web-module-1.3-SNAPSHOT.jar!META-INF/xdoclet.xml I have not required sub task

    <subtask
        name="deploymentdescriptor"
        implementation-class="xdoclet.modules.web.WebXmlSubTask"
        parent-task-class="xdoclet.modules.web.WebDocletTask"
    />

As result I have the following error

E:\cvsroot\atleap\application\build.xml:853: Can't create a deploymentdescriptor element under webdoclet. Make sure the jar file containing the corresponding subtask class is on the classpath specified in the <taskdef> that defined {2}.

This behaviour is only under JDK1.4. Under 1.5 all is OK.
