objectweb module needs update
-----------------------------

         Key: XDT-1559
         URL: http://opensource.atlassian.com/projects/xdoclet/browse/XDT-1559
     Project: XDoclet
        Type: Improvement
  Components: Objectweb Module
    Versions: 1.2.3
 Reporter: Fernando Nasser
Assigned to: xdoclet-devel (Use for new issues)

The objectweb module that is being distributed with XDoclet is very old and supports only up to JOnAS 3.0 (of many years ago -- JOnAS is releasing its 4.6 series now)

I have been updating the RPM distributed by jpackage.org by obtaining the sources from ObjectWeb and replacing with it the old code for this module in the released XDoclet sources.

It should be better, however, to update the XDoclet CVS repository so that the next XDoclet release comes with the latest JOnAS support. I can provide new code for updating CVS everytime a new version becomes available from ObjectWeb.

I am not posting the diff as it is large (as it hasn't been updated fr a long time). I can make it available for download by anyone who could commit it to CVS.

Please let me know how can we do this.

best regards
