I have a problem about foreign key !

 Hi ,
  I used JAG to generate many file important .  If my database is  not relationship , that OK , but my database have 2 table and it have  relationship together ( foreign key) , when my website started , I  click to update row of table that had foreign key , it is error .
  I don't know to fix , can anybody to help me .
