Sorry for the duplicate bug but this is not a minor issue. This effects any system that uses xdoclet in any way. Log4j statically initializes itself and having this properties file in the classpath effectively trumps all other configurations for log4j via the classpath. Therefore, any system wishing to use log4j properies file in the classpath cannot without removing the version from this JAR file.
