- setting default locale
- setting supported locales
- improved navigation cases features: (from-action, redirect, display-name, description)
- improved tag documentation
- added new merge entry points:
     - jsf-factories.xml
     - jsf-components.xml
     - jsf-referenced-beans.xml
     - jsf-render-kits.xml
     - jsf-lifecycles.xml
