When you try to merge ejb-resourcerefs-{0}.xml or ejb-env-entry-{0}.xml files doesn't work. The problem appears on ejb-body.xdt, where the res-ref.xdt is conditionated by a ejbspec 2.1

       <XDtConfig:ifConfigParamGreaterOrEquals paramName="EjbSpec" value="2.1">
       <XDtMerge:merge file="xdoclet/modules/ejb/dd/resources/res-ref.xdt">
       </XDtMerge:merge>

this condition must be move for  <XDtMerge:merge file="ejb-destinationrefs-{0}.xml">, some lines below..

this happen on the xdoclet-ejb-module-1.2.3.jar file.
