To be honest, I didnt look for references inside the IBM modules templates. i am not sure if there are any. i need the ids to generate deployment descriptors afterwards using XSLT. Nevertheless i do believe, that if i turn useIDs on, ids should be generated for that message-destination-ref element.
The reference is from the ibm-ejb-jar-bnd.xmi file, so it would suppose that the according template would be in ibm-ejb-jar-bnd_xmi.xdt, but i couldnt find anything there.
the element in that file, that references it is <messageDestinationRefBindings>
