This patch provides support for creating  Servlet 2.5 and JSP 2.1 descriptors.

It has been created against xdoclet CVS as of 12-Aug-2006 and does only affect the web module.

Because Servlet 2.5 does not yet provide annotations for servlets, filters, and tags, 
this patch might be useful for those folks who want to use xdoclet  for creating 
servlet-based applications and custom JSP tag libraries that are up-to-date with
the latest Java EE 5 containers.

The patch has been sucessfully used by Maven2 to deploy a xdoclet-generated
Servlet 2.5 / JSP 2.1 WAR to Glassfish.

An extra attribute "metadata-complete" has been added to the webapp element in web.xml,
in order to control annotation processing by the Java EE 5 container.

To create JSP 2.1 tag libraries, it is necessary to generate extra files with the name "implicit.tld".
This task could be xdoclet-driven, but is not covered by this patch.
