I found a recent problem with an ejb entity, whose xdoclet generated interfaces appeared to be missing the findByPrimaryKey method.

I eventually identified the problem, I had another finder method in my bean called findByPrimaryKeyAndType, as soon as I renamed this method to findByKeyAndType, the findByPrimaryKey method was generated.

I can only assume that somewhere in the generator code, something is looking for a method starting with "findByPrimaryKey" if it finds one then it doesn't generate the method.

I've reported this because I guess some else is going to run into the same problem.
