ant build problem

I'm running xdoclet as part of an any build that generates my java classes. My taskDef looks like this <taskdef name="webdoclet" classname="xdoclet.modules.web.WebDocletTask" classpathref="mergeClasspath" /> But when it tries to run I get the following error. file:C:/Velocity/source/antScripts/build.xml:332: taskdef class xdoclet.modules.web.WebDocletTask cannot be found Obviously it looks like I'm missing a jar file somewhere.. but I can't seem to figure out what I am missing. I do have the J2EE jar with Javax/servlet included in my xdoclet/lib folder.
