HELP! Floundering using maven2 and the maven-xdoclet plugin.

Hi folks,

I have an application that I'm trying to build using maven2 and the
maven-xdoclet-plugin.  The area in my pom.xml that I'm mud wrestling
with now is: 

 <hibernatecfg
       version="3.0"
       dbcURL="jdbc:postgresql://72.249.39.173/bcdcweb"
       dialect="org.hibernate.dialect.PostgreSQLDialect"
       driver="org.postgresql.Driver"

  />

When I run maven against the the POM file containing that I get a
message: 
"Embedded error: Unexpected error
hibernatecfg: Either a container or standalone database connection
method must be specified for a hibernate.cfg.xml file."

What is it asking for?
