Subversion back online

Thanks to the work of the codehaus admins we are now back online.
Unfortunately the damage to the repository spreaded to the backups as well
so the best they could do is recover it as of end of day May 8th.
We have lost 19 commits:

   - 16 are mine on the 0.7b7 branch.
   - 3 are Mateusz's on the trunk.

Since they don't conflict, Mateusz can check in his changes immediately.
Since I will guess that they are all part of the inline editing XPR-305,
just commit them all in one commit. The others can then merge their changes
in. Mateusz, please send an email to the list when you are finished.

In any case, follow these

order to repair your xplanner workspaces!
You will lose some time if you don't.
