Repeat problem width supporting unicode in war version.

Once I presented my problem about supporting unicode in war version but I
can't solve my problem
so  now I repeat it details more. I hope someone could tell me some
solutions, thanks much.
Following I present my problem:
I use two version to install xplanner.
The first: I use standalone, and everything is all right.
The second: I use war, and problem: anything I typed ( eg: I typed name of
project in my language), and I think it ought to have viewed correctly( in
my language ) but it's not.
I checked database( I use MYSQL) and I change it to support unicode but it's
not working.
Indeedly, I meet width difficulties...
Now I use: version: 0.7b4
server: tomcat.
database: mysql.
Greate hope someone could me where in problem.
