Error during SVN checkout

Hi:

I'm facing problem in SVN code checkout thru Tortoise SVN client.

I'm using the SVN url as
"svn://svn.xplanner.codehaus.org/xplanner/scm/trunk/xplanner"
When I try to connect, it goes to the node upto xplanner but when I try to
expand xplanner node or check out the xplanner node. It gives the following
error

"can not connect to host "svn.xplanner.codehaus.org". Connection refused
because the connected party does not properly respond after a period of
time."

Plesae help me resolving this issue.
