Acceptance Test Failing.

I downloaded (the trunk, not a branch) and built the code as per the
instructions (http://xplanner.codehaus.org/Development+guide) - even
installed an eval version of IDEA.  Everything worked fine until I
reached step 9.

Of the 216 tests in TestAllAcceptanceTests 181 fail and some of them
with errors that lead me to believe it's not environmental.  For
example the test testLogin_NoUser fails with the message
"junit.framework.AssertionFailedError: Text found in response when not
expected: [<b>Could not authenticate user.</b>]" and the test
testStoryCRUD fails with the message java.lang.RuntimeException:
Unknown property 'iterationId' accessing field
com.technoetic.xplanner.domain.UserStory.iterationId.

Since this is my first time building the product I wanted to know if 
these are a result of in-progress work or if I overlooked something. 
Would it be better to use a baseline?
