Sorry for the late response.

Make sure you deploy to /xplanner and not /
Can you login in manually going to http://localhost:8080/xplanner ?
If you can but still have ATs failures, run them with the graphical test ui.
It will show you the page it is failing on (
http://docs.codehaus.org/display/XPR/Acceptance+Test+Console)
