headless xserver tip: xvfb

I recommend mentioning the headless xserver, Xvfb, as an alternative
to the java headless flag, which didn't seem to make a difference for
me:
   exec "$JAVA_HOME"/bin/java -Djava.awt.headless=true -classpath
"$PRGDIR" LauncherBootstrap -launchfile catalina.xml -verbose catalina
"$@" start
AND
   export JAVA_OPTS=-Djava.awt.headless=true
