You have to check that branch out from source and build it.  There was no
official release cut for it, and from what I can tell there was no 0.8b3
branch created either.  The latest stable version that I know of is 0.7b7,
or if you're feeling ambitious I believe revision 1251 is stable as well.

Hope that helped you out a little bit anyway.
